Farmers have come to rely on the services provided by WBS as well as the rhythm in which they book their animals for harvesting and in how they receive their products. As of December 2018, Nichole and Leon Sargent acquired WBS. They are wholeheartedly committed to providing you with quality meat processing as well as friendly, honest service.
Windham Butcher Shop is a USDA inspected livestock harvesting and processing facility. It offers custom cutting and packaging for beef, pork, lamb and goat. Currently, further processing services include fresh sausage, smoked products such as bacon, and roaster pigs.
Windham Butcher Shop is currently closed as we take time to pause, reflect, and carefully consider what comes next for our business. This was a difficult decision made with great care, and with deep appreciation for everyone who has supported us along the way. At this time, we need the opportunity to explore what the future may hold in a thoughtful and sustainable way.
We are incredibly grateful for the trust and loyalty of our customers and community. While this chapter is on hold for now, we remain hopeful about the future and will share updates as plans develop.
