Things You Need To Know!
Fair
All livestock brought to our facility must go through the AUCTION Process (legally) and obtain necessary paperwork and identification.
Trucking
We will (*if pre-arranged with fair officials) truck the livestock to the processing facility at the expense of the buyer.
Cut Sheet
- The buyer must complete a Cut Sheet for each animal purchased. Please refer to links above for your Beef or Pork cut sheet forms.
- The form must be completed in its entirety.
- Identifying the buyers name, address and contact information.
- If the buyer chooses to donate or share the purchase. All applicable names of joint purchase or donation must be documented. Please use “Customer” line.
Payment
- Check or Cash ONLY
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of harvesting and processing. Please identify who is responsible for payment in the contact section- if different than the buyer. (a business entity, non- profit etc.) please make note of it on the Cut Sheet.
Product Pick-Up
- Notification of final product will be made by phone call or email.
- Receipt of product must be made within 5-days.
- $10/day storage fee is imposed after the 5th day
- MUST bring your own coolers or boxes to load your product.
