Funny Farm Sloppy Joes

1 Lb. Ground Beef

1 Cup Tomato Sauce

 ½ Cup Onion, finely chopped

½  Cup Celery, finely chopped

¼ Cup Catsup

1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tsp. Sugar

1 tsp. Salt

½  tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

How to Make:

In bowl mix, tomato sauce, catsup, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and Worcestershire sauce and set aside.

Brown ground beef. (drain if necessary) Add onion and celery and cook until tender.

Add sauce mix and simmer until warm.

Serve over your choice of traditional buns, or mix it up and pour over rolls, biscuits, corn bread, rice, or noodles. This recipe can be easily adapted to be Gluten Free by purchasing the appropriate products.
